This policy covers our marketing website. When EZKlass processes student, parent, or staff information within our school-management platform, we do so on behalf of and under the instructions of the schools that use our platform, as described in our agreements with those schools (see "Student and School Data" below).

Information you provide. When you submit our contact or demo-request form, we collect the information you enter — such as your name, email address, school or organization name, school size, and any message you send.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and timestamps, for security, reliability, and analytics.
Cookies and similar technologies. The Site uses only the cookies necessary to operate and secure the website. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy.

Student and School Data

The EZKlass platform is intended for use by schools and their authorized staff. Where our platform processes information about students or families, EZKlass acts as a service provider / "school official" processing that information solely to provide the service, under the direction of the school and consistent with applicable laws (which may include FERPA and COPPA in the United States). We do not use student personal information to serve targeted advertising and do not sell it. Schools remain responsible for obtaining any required consents. Details are governed by the agreement between EZKlass and each school.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact-form submissions are retained for a reasonable period to follow up with you.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at hello@ezklass.com. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

International Users

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Children's Privacy

Our marketing website is directed to school administrators and other adults, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. Student information within the platform is handled as described in "Student and School Data" above.
