These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EZKlass marketing website at ezklass.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover use of our public website only. Access to and use of the EZKlass school-management platform is governed by a separate written agreement between EZKlass and each customer (school or organization). In case of any conflict regarding the platform, that agreement controls.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure.
